Ordering from Nahid Fashions' online boutique is quick and easy. You can start shopping immediately and proceed to the checkout process by clicking My account or Checkout at anytime.
Payment Process
The PayPal Express checkout button (
) on your shopping cart page is the fastest way to checkout. Your Nahid Fashions shoppers account and log in will be created automatically once the checkout process is complete. Your account information will be emailed to you along with your order information.
With the PayPal Express process, you will be prompted to verify shipping information and discount coupons AFTER retuning from the PayPal payment page.This method will automatically select the cheapest shipping method available depending on your order amount, weight and location.
The regular payment process simply allows you to verify shipping information and discount coupons BEFORE submitting your payment via PayPal.
When you see "Thank You! We Appreciate your Business!" OR "Thanks for shopping with us online!", you payment has been successfully submitted and your order sent to us for processing.

Nahid Fashions only excepts major credit cards via a PayPal (other payment methods may be available through this service).
The reasons for this are two-fold:
1) Your protection. Through PayPal, your have buyer's protection and built in data security.
2) Low cost. Our administration and payment processing cost are lower allowing us to keep the price of our products low.
So if you DO NOT have a credit card, sign up for PayPal, it's fast and easy.
Shop on our site without sharing financial information with us. All credit card transactions are processed through Paypal, the world wide leader in online payment processing.
PayPal does not require you to become a member to complete your credit card transactions with Nahid Fashions. If you do decide to become a PayPal member, it is free to sign up. What's important is that either way you can shop Nahid Fashions' online boutique with confidence and security.
Billing
The merchant name shown on your billing statement will show Nahid Fashions or ALI Financial Corp for purchases made on this web site.
You credit card will NOT be charged until we are ready to ship your order.
Currencies
Our web site is designed to display prices in several currencies depending on the users' choice in the top navigation menu. However, the base currency of our store is in US dollars. The actual conversion rate will depend on the time you place your order.
Order cancellations
Nahid Fashions accepts order cancellations providing this is done by email within 24 hours after submitting your order. Emails must be sent to order_cancellations@nahidfashions.com. For cancellations and returns after the 24 hour period please see Returns.
Monitoring your orders and account information
You can monitor your order, order history and shopping account information by logging in with your email and password.
Gift Certificates
Nahid Fashions.com gift certificates are only redeemable for purchases and under no circumstances will they be redeem for cash or credit refunds.

Shipping
Free shipping
For a limited time, Nahid Fashions is offering a free shipping option on orders of (VE) Versatile Elegance(tm) full ensembles and (CW) Custom Works orders.
We will generally offer free shipping on orders greater than $150. However, at times some items will be excluded from this offer. These items will be clearly indicated on the Nahid Fashions web site. Items will be shipped via the carrier of our choice (see shipping methods below).
Charges
Shipping charges are based on location, weight and shipping method. Shipping cost will be determined on our site during the checkout process so that you will know the cost of shipping before you submit your order.
Shipping rates do change from time to time however. We we try our best to keep our shipping information up to date, but in the event that current shipping rates are not accurately reflected on your order, we will inform you before we process your order if there are any changes.
Customs and Duties
For counties other than the United States, duties and taxes may be imposed on your order that aren't reflected in our prices. Check with your local customs office for those charges. Some countries may charge an additional handling fee for delivery within that country.

Delivery
In most cases, delivery of your order will take no longer than 10 days (two weeks for international orders).
Methods
In order to keep the prices you pay low and our shipping cost low, we use a variety of reliable shipping methods. The delivery time of these methods will vary, especially for international orders and orders with multiple shipping sources, but our shipments are tracked, and we guarantee the delivery of our products.

Delays
One of our main goals is to offer you unique products at prices that are low with quality that is uncompromised. We only keep minimum inventory of many of our clothing ensembles. This, at times, will delay the shipment of your order in the event that an item is in the process of being manufactured (this does not mean the item is out of stock). Usually this will result in a 7-10 day delay in shipment from the time of your order. In the event that this delay is longer, will will inform you and give you an estimated time of your order's shipment.
The arrival of your order may be delayed by local customs processing in your country, please check with your local customs office regarding delays and procedures.
Return Guidelines
The key to our success are satisfied customers who continue to patronize or business. With this in mind we will do all in our power to correct any mistakes on our part in terms of ordering, shipping and billing.
Returns for size correction
If you need to return an item because it is the incorrect size needed, we will exchange the item provided that it is in its original condition and packaging. In this case, your pay the cost of shipping the item to our designated location. Returned items must be received no later than 30 days from its original ship date.
Damaged and lost goods
Our products are packaged to withstand normal handling during shipping. Nahid Fashions strongly encourages you to inspect the packaging of your order for damage. If you feel that due to the condition of the packaging at the time of delivery, that the product may possibly be damaged, we recommend that you refuse delivery of the shipment. The carrier will notify us. Nahid Fashions will replace any item damaged or lost in shipment.
Non returnable items
We maintain a strict no return policy on all customized or special request items. This is generally (CW) Custom Works products, but can be applied to other products if they are specialized or customized.
On sale, close out or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances. On products where is free shipping is offered, 25% of the purchase price will be deducted on returns.
Dissatisfaction with our products
If you are completely unsatisfied with our product and wish to return it, we will refund your purchase. However, you are responsible for shipping the item to our designated location and returned items must be received no later than 30 days from its original ship date.
How to return your purchase
Please follow these steps to successfully return your purchase: Replace the item in the original packaging in which it was received. Please use a sturdy box or protective shipping envelope to prevent damage while in transit.We are not responsible for damage to products in transit back to us. To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured and traceable method (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, Certified mail or another method) where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to trace the delivery. Overnight shipping is NOT necessary. Many carries offer low cost ground shipping and allow you to trace your shipment. Contact us via email at returns@nahidfashions.com to obtain pre-return approval and return address. The return address will vary depending on your location.
Return fees (if applicable)
Sometimes your return may be subject to a fee. Following are the situations under which these fees may apply:
Orders returned after 30 days are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee IF return is accepted.Please note that Nahid Fashions may refuse any return if it does not meet the Return Guidelines out lined here.
Customs Fees (if applicable): Orders may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, additional customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Nahid Fashions is unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country. In this case, custom duties and taxes are not refundable.
